Moldtech has supplied a tilting table for a customer in Uruguay. With a total length of 60 metres and a width of 4 metres, this installation is designed for the production of non-prestressed concrete panels with a variable thickness between 100 and 250 mm and a height of up to 4 metres.
The table consists of five 11.8-metre modules and two additional 0.5-metre modules, forming a continuous and versatile production line. It incorporates a pneumatic vibration system to optimise concrete compaction and a heating system integrated into the board to accelerate the curing process.
This project consolidates Moldtech‘s presence in the Latin American market and reaffirms our ability to adapt to the technical and production requirements of each customer.
