Flexible mould for producing precast concrete columns up to 36 metres long, with configurable widths from 300 to 1,000 mm and a maximum height of 1,000 mm. The casting height is adjusted through the base configuration in 100 mm increments. The system accommodates corbels on all four faces of the column and features removable side sections that allow their positions to be adapted to each element’s requirements.
Opening and closing are performed by twelve hydraulic cylinders powered by a 5.5 kW hydraulic unit. The operator selects and operates each side separately from the local control panel or using a wireless remote control. Concrete compaction is provided by thirty-two individually operated pneumatic vibrators running at 14,500 rpm. The upper formwork and transverse dividers are secured using magnets with a holding capacity of 900 kg, making it easier to configure the mould for different structural elements.
