Design and manufacture of a tilting table measuring 22 metres long and 4.4 metres wide for producing non-prestressed precast concrete panels with a thickness of 310 mm. The tabletop incorporates one fixed longitudinal edge form and two fixed transverse edge forms that define the casting area. This configuration allows concrete casting in a horizontal position, followed by tilting to facilitate panel removal using lifting equipment.
Tilting is powered by six telescopic hydraulic cylinders supplied by a 14.7 kW hydraulic power unit and operated from a control panel. The cylinders incorporate pilot-operated valves that hold the tabletop in position in the event of a supply failure. Concrete compaction is performed by 30 pneumatic vibrators operating at 14,500 rpm, with individual activation allowing specific areas to be compacted during pouring. Once the panels have been removed, the empty table returns to its horizontal position to begin the next production cycle.
