The tilting table is composed of three modules, each measuring 12 m in length and 4.5 m in width. The assembly of the three modules forms a production line with a total length of 36 m and a width of 4.5 m.
Each module consists of:
- Fixed frame, anchored to the foundation by supports.
- Tilting platform, designed to allow a maximum inclination of 74°.
The table is equipped with one lower longitudinal shutter and two lateral transverse shutters, all mechanically height-adjustable to allow the production of elements with thicknesses ranging from 80 mm to 450 mm.
The table is fitted with an electric vibration system located underneath, designed to ensure proper concrete compaction. Formworks and magnets are also supplied to shape the geometry of the element to be manufactured.
The tilting movement is carried out by hydraulic cylinders operated by a hydraulic power unit and a main control cabinet, both included within the scope of supply of this equipment.
