Moldtech has supplied in Spain a 600-ton self-reacting prestressing bench, designed for the production of prestressed concrete beams with variable sections and lengths. The equipment includes an active and a passive stressing heads, a universal casting bed, I-beam type side moulds with pneumatic vibration, and a tensioning and detensioning system with a capacity of up to 600 T.
A 25-meter column mould has also been delivered, designed for the production of columns with variable sections, incorporating removable components such as corbel holders and corbels.
The project is completed with a 2 m³ concrete bucket, equipped with a hydraulic power unit and push-button control, enabling precise concrete distribution.
