The installation consists of five (5) fixed tables designed for the production of non-prestressed precast concrete panels. The system allows the manufacture of configurable units with a thickness of 150 mm, a maximum length of 8.5 m, and a maximum width of 3.4 m.
The table consists of:
- Fixed frame, anchored to the foundation by supports.
- Fixed casting surface.
- Tilting frame.
The table is equipped with a pneumatic vibration system located underneath the casting surface, ensuring proper concrete compaction.
The table is also equipped with a formwork system.
