Design and manufacture of a pallet circulation system for precast concrete panel production, comprising six workstations arranged in two parallel lines. Motorised friction wheels provide longitudinal movement, while two synchronised transverse transfer trolleys with hydraulic lifting move the pallets between the lines. The supply includes eight pallets, formwork and magnetic fixing systems, with capacity for up to six pallets to remain in process simultaneously.
The installation incorporates an automatic cleaning and release agent application station that combines scraping, brushing and spraying in partially overlapping stages to reduce preparation time. Concrete compaction is performed by six 2.5 kW electric vibrators with an adjustable frequency of up to 100 Hz. At this station, the support wheels lower to place the pallet directly onto the vibration supports. A centralised control system coordinates movement and provides automatic, semiautomatic and manual operating modes.
