The equipment is designed to work with stressing heads with a maximum tensioning capacity of 1,500 Tn. The scope of supply includes an active head, a passive head, a set of side molds (T2 SIDE MOLDS, IPTANA SIDE MOLDS AND STRAIGHT BEAM SIDE MOLDS), and 125-meter universal casting bed.
The prestressed concrete pieces are manufactured on UNIVERSAL CASTING BED that serve as a base, where side molds are installed. Using a prestressing system that includes detensioning heads and hydraulic tensioning equipment, the force is applied to a series of steel strands to create concrete pieces with superior strength.
Another equipment supplied is the 1800 L HYDRAULIC RELAXATION UNIT, designed to control tensioning and relaxation cylinders, through cylinder actuation levers. The unit incorporates quick threaded connection fittings and high-pressure hoses for the connection between the unit and the cylinders.
The 1500 TN SELF-REACTING PRESTRESSING BENCH is designed for the manufacture of prestressed concrete girders with a maximum length of 31 meters and variable height and section.
The supply includes a lifting beam designed to carry out vertical lifting and load transport operations of structural elements. To ensure that the structures do not deform or overturn, it must be ensured that the load is balanced longitudinally and the center of gravity of the piece is aligned with the pulling point.
Moldtech molds are designed to guarantee the accuracy and homogeneity of the pieces. In turn, the technology used in the manufacturing process not only contributes to precision, but also allows for more efficient and profitable production.
