One inverted T-beam side mould L=10.4m, and one straight beam side mould L=86.4m, H=1.1m are supplied.
The inverted t-beam laterals L= 10.4m, and the straight beam laterals are designed for the production of prestressed concrete beams. The side beams have different heights and widths by using the supplied boxes and blocks. The maximum length of the inverted t-beam will be 10.4m, and the maximum length of the straight beam will be 86.4m.
The moulds include a pneumatic vibration and heating system.
In its operation, the equipment requires a track made up of an 86 m honeycomb plate base existing at the customer’s premises.
