Moldtech has supplied a 24 × 3 m tilting table in Spain, developed for the production of large-format non-prestressed precast concrete panels.
The table is designed for the manufacture of elements with a maximum length of 24 metres, a height of up to 3 metres, and variable thickness, allowing it to adapt to different construction requirements and panel typologies.
The tilting system is operated by hydraulic cylinders, controlled from the main control cabinet, ensuring safe and controlled movement during demoulding and handling operations.
