Our client from Romania, who built his precast concrete factory from scratch with Moldtech equipment last year, asked for our equipment again. This time, it’s a tilting table. With the help of this tilting table, the client will be able to produce panels for industrial and commercial buildings enclosure.
- Tilting table designed to produce precast concrete panels, not prestressed, max. length 25 m, max. height 3.5 m and variable thickness between 80 and 300 mm.
The table is tilted by means of hydraulic cylinders driven by a hydraulic power unit. The table incorporates a manually adjustable longitudinal side with a minimum height of 80 mm and a maximum height of 300 mm, depending on the configuration of the panel to be manufactured.
The table is tilted by means of telescopic hydraulic cylinders, allowing a maximum inclination of 75°. These are operated from a hydraulic power unit with electric control panel.
The table features an electric vibration system.
Finally, Moldtech, as already a rule, polished the molding surface of the table creating a “mirror effect”.
