Moldtech carried out the lay-out design, assembly and installation of a complete wall panel plant in Tyumen, Russia. The main equipment supplied was the wall panel tilting tables.
- Six tilting tables 12.5 x 3.8 m (41×11.8 ft) with one fixed side of 30.48 cm (12 inches), for making wall panels with insulation layer.
- Each table includes a heating system at the base and tarpaulin covers on the sides of the table.
- Automatic concrete distributor on rails.
All this equipment will allow the customer to produce precast concrete panels for industrial and residential building projects, and to optimise the production process.
