Moldtech supplies a horizontal mould for the production of precast concrete stairs, designed to offer maximum versatility and precision in every project.
This equipment allows the manufacture of stairs with up to 24 steps, with the following specifications:
- Landing length (upper and lower): up to 2,000 mm
- Stair width: up to 2,000 mm
- Riser per step: between 140 mm and 220 mm
- Tread per step: between 220 mm and 320 mm
The mould is supplied with removable side panels for the upper and lower landings, supports for fixing phenolic formwork and an integrated pneumatic vibration system to improve concrete compaction and surface finish quality.
