The client, an important Polish contractor with many projects in Poland as well as in countries like Sweden or Belgium, entrusted Moldtech to design, build and commission the equipment to meet their own demand for high-quality precast wall panels.
The tilting tables were designed and built according to the client´s requirements, with a size of 16×4,5m and with 3 fixed shutter bands with height regulation for panel thickness up to 500mm. The tables also feature a vibration system with electric vibrators and a frequency converter, as well as heating system with finned pipe circuit and tarpaulin cover for hot water.
Together with the tables Moldtech also supplied a concrete bucket with hydraulic discharge gate and batteries and sets of magnetic shutters.
After commissioning and training of local staff, the tables are working at full pace, allowing the client to satisfy his own needs for high-quality panels.
