Moldtech has recently installed two stationary tables for balconies and slabs, a tilting table and a flexible size mould for staircases for a client in Warsaw.
The company, specialized in the supply of precast elements for residential projects, has decided to invest in new equipment to meet the increasing demand in Warsaw and central Poland of high-quality precast elements as panels, balconies and staircases.
Moldtech has designed, fabricated and installed the following equipment:
- Two stationary tables with 12×2,5m size with a long shuttering band with height regulation. These tables for balconies and slabs are designed to be able to circulate in a carousel system in a future.
- One tilting table 12x4m size with lower and side shuttering bands with height regulation.
- A flexible staircase mould with vertical casting and 1,5m maximum height. This mould allows producing up to 12 steps which can be easily regulated in size and up to 2 landings.
All moulds feature a vibration system with electric vibrators and a frequency converter has also been supplied to control vibration in all moulds.
Together with this equipment, Moldtech has also supplied its flexible shuttering system with magnetic frames for plywood shutters.
After installation and training of local staff by Moldtech technicians, the equipment is producing at full pace to allow meeting the increasing demand of precast elements.
