Moldtech has recently installed a new tilting table 24x4m size for the production of all types of panels for industrial and residential buildings.
Our client, Rodiñas Norte, is an important group from Galicia dedicated to the production and installation of all types of precast components for civil works, industrial-commercial and residential buildings.
This new tilting table increases the production capacity of its already extensive facilities, which include two complete factory sheds fully equipped by Moldtech few years ago for the production of all type of structural and façade elements.
This tilting table 24x4m has been supplied with a pneumatic vibration System and a lower shuttering band with height adjustment. Together with the table, we have supplied a set of magnetic shutters for 20cm thickness panels.
The steel plate in contact with the concrete has been polished to ensure a perfect concrete finish, a treatment that is always provided for our tilting tables.
