The project includes equipment for two precast plants located in different parts of the Spanish geography. The first project, for a production plant for industrial buildings, comprises: a 100-meter-long universal bed base with a working capacity of up to 650 tons, a set of mold sides for the production of “L”, “T” and “rectangular” beams of 36 meters long, two masks for prestressing of 650 tons and two lifting rockers of 5 meters in length with 25 tons capacity each.
The second project, for a precast housing production plant, includes: two concrete transport and pouring hoppers with 2 m3 capacity and a vibrating screed of 4.5 meters long.
The local presence, experience and technical capacity of Moldtech’s precast engineering have been the key to this project, in which our team of engineers has worked hand in hand with the client to define the equipment and adapt it to the existing facilities.
