The mould for TT slabs of 600 tonns and L=50 M is designed to produce prestressed concrete slabs and beams of variable section with up to 50 metres in length, a maximum height of 920 mm and a width of 2.5 metres. This mould includes configurable hydraulic bottoms that allow the section of the elements to be manufactured to be adjusted, making the process much more efficient.
In addition, it has an advanced system for cables tensioning and relaxing with a capacity of 600 tonnes, and a design that allows the production of T-shaped beams and TT (double ribbed) slabs. The integrated hydraulic power unit facilitates opening, closing and adjustment manoeuvres, optimising work times and precision.
