The project: two high-capacity tilting tables
Moldtech has supplied and installed a production line for Arenko consisting of two 35.4 x 4 m tilting tables, designed to manufacture non-prestressed concrete panels with thicknesses between 110 and 250 mm.
Each tilting table is composed of three 11.8 m long modules. The modules combined create a production line measuring 35.4 m long and 4 m wide. The modules rest on fixed foundations and are connected to a frame and tilting tabletop that allow a maximum tilt of 74°.
In addition, the tables have lower longitudinal sides that are mechanically adjustable in height, allowing the production of precast elements with variable thicknesses between 110 and 250 mm. Tilting is achieved by hydraulic cylinders, actuated by a hydraulic power unit and a main control cabinet, facilitating faster and safer formwork stripping.

The tables feature a pneumatic vibration system that ensures proper compaction and a uniform finish.
