Moldtech has supplied a tilting table in Spain, designed for the production of large-format precast concrete panels.
The installation consists of 4 modules measuring 12 x 4.2 m, which, when assembled, form a production line of 50 meters in length and 4.2 meters in width.
Each module is composed of a fixed frame with supports anchored to the foundation and a tilting platform that allows a maximum inclination of 74°, ensuring safe and efficient demoulding.
In addition, the modules include a lower longitudinal side rail adjustable in height, enabling the production of straight panels with variable thicknesses ranging from 120 mm to 240 mm.
The table is equipped with a pneumatic vibration system, ensuring an excellent surface finish for each panel produced.
