MOBILE PLANT FOR PRESTRESSED GIRDERS AND MOBILE HEATING SYSTEM

Moldtech manufactures self-supporting prestressing beds accompanied by a 60-meter long Universal Casting Bed to produce various sections of bridge beams, where the sides are also supplied. Additionally, the project includes the integration of a hot water boiler.

The supply consisted of 2 self-reacting prestressing benches and casting beds with 60m length and moulds for different types of girders. These self-reacting benches were designed to withstand a stressing force up to 600 Tn and can be easily installed in a temporary platform with a minimum concrete slab, not requiring expensive and permanent civil works foundations. All equipment can be dismantled in shorter length modules and transported in normal trucks.

These modular moulds allow for height adjustment to allow casting different type of girders to cover a wide range of Polish standard bridge girders, from T15 to T27 types, with up to 28m length.

The supply also included other accessories such as tension jacks, hydraulic prestressing and de-tensioning units, lifting devices etc…

Moldtech has successfully introduced a new accessory for precast equipment. High performance hot water boilers are efficient and reliable equipment for the production of hot water or steam which serve to provide heating to precast equipment.
