The Moldetch team, located in the town of Lerida, Catalonia, Spain, supplies a modular steel formwork system designed for the production of precast frames and semi-frames using dormant concrete. It allows the manufacture of an infinite number of precast dormant concrete sections ranging from 1×1 m to 6×6 m in size.

Modular Mould For Sleeping Concrete Frames, specially designed to mould tongue and groove in the same, the assembly and the opening of the mould is manual and it has a system of union of bases with screw and nut.
As a locking system for the upper part, spacer tubes with Dywidag rods and nuts are used. The formwork panels are fitted with sealing gaskets to ensure that the mould is sealed.
