In this project Moldtech supplies 12 molds for bridge wings measuring 710×700, side molds for D4 H=0.4m L=70m and side molds for D5, L=6m.
The BRIDGE WINGS MOLD consists of a fixed central core and two folding sides with hinges for demolding the pieces to be manufactured. The equipment is supplied with a pneumatic vibration system.
The SIDE MOLDS FOR DALLA D4 are designed for the manufacture of beams with a maximum length of 70 meters. Each side mold is made up of 6 sections, which when assembled together give shape to the piece to be manufactured.
The SIDE MOLDS FOR DALLA D5 are designed for the manufacture of beams with a maximum length of 6 meters.
