Supply of two moulds for manufacturing type E1 precast façade elements with fixed dimensions of 3.34 × 2.99 × 1.10 m. Their geometry enables the production of three-dimensional elements with a central opening, integrating the façade perimeter and the returns around the opening in a single concrete pour. Each mould incorporates a rigid structure comprising a frame, bottom, central core and fixed side panels, designed to reproduce the element’s geometry over successive production cycles.
Demoulding is assisted by double-acting hydraulic cylinders with a 50 mm stroke, before the element is lifted vertically using its lifting points. The system is powered by a mobile 0.75 kW hydraulic power unit, shared with the type 2 façade mould. Pneumatic vibration promotes concrete distribution, improves compaction and reduces the presence of voids on the moulded surfaces.
