Mould for manufacturing non-prestressed precast concrete Inverted Timpan elements in three configurations: T1, T2 and T3, with lengths of 1.48, 2.40 and 3.50 m, respectively. The elements have an upper width of 300 mm and a base width of 500 mm, with maximum heights of 483, 500 and 521 mm depending on the configuration. Removable forming rods create the openings required for each geometry.
The assembly comprises two movable side panels, a base-bottom structure and end shutters, with opening controlled by lateral turnbuckles and mechanical top closures. The shuttering components are secured using magnets with a holding capacity of 450 kg, facilitating positioning and removal during preparation and demoulding. Concrete compaction is supported by two pneumatic vibrators operating at 16,000 vibrations per minute, which can be activated individually to adapt vibration to the filling requirements.
