Moldtech produces for a client in Mexico a self-reacting H-TYPE BEAM mould for the manufacture of prestressed beams.
The SELF-REACTING H-TYPE BEAM MOULD is composed of a fixed bottom, a set of folding sides, a set of slats, a central core, a passive stressing head and an active stressing head with a 150 TN relaxation cylinder, which when assembled together, allow the manufacturing of the final piece.
This innovative project will improve the production of H-channel type beams, reducing costs and guaranteeing high quality in structural components. The implementation of this self-reacting mould will provide sustainable and effective solutions for the construction industry.
