Moldtech has developed a mould for the production of precast concrete parapets, designed to manufacture two units simultaneously per production cycle.
The equipment is supplied in four geometric configurations (TB1.1, TB2.1, TB3.1 and TB4.1), adapted to the dimensions of the different precast elements. Its steel structure incorporates manually operated hinged side panels, upper locking systems and four removable end shutters that define the geometry of the elements and facilitate demoulding operations.
The mould features an electric vibration system consisting of two 1.3 kW vibrators, positioned along the side panels to promote uniform concrete compaction and reduce the formation of voids.
The assembly includes fastening systems and lifting points for component handling, allowing the preparation, casting and demoulding operations required for precast concrete parapet production.
