Moldtech installs TWO TILTING TABLES for a customer in Mexico. The tables are designed to produce precast concrete panels, non-prestressed, with a maximum length of 35.4 m, height of 4 m and variable thickness between 110 and 250 mm.
The scope of supply for this project includes:
Two tilting tables 35.4 x 4 m.
Double hydraulic power unit.
Longitudinal timber formwork L=2 M H=127 mm.
Longitudinal timber formwork L=2 M H=140 mm.
Modular crosswise spacer L=4 M H=127 mm.
Modular transverse spacer L=4 M H=140 mm.
100 magnets of 900 kg.
The tables are supplied with a pneumatic vibration system.
The tables are tilted by means of hydraulic cylinders, driven by a hydraulic power unit and a main control cabinet.
