Moldtech completes a new project in Malta supplying a 300T self-reacting table and a hydraulic slacking unit.
The 300 Tn self-reacting table of 30 m x 2,4 m is designed to work with strands tensioning and slacking equipment with a maximum tensioning capacity of 300 Tn.
The scope of supply includes:
- An active and passive stressing heads of 300 Tn
- A 30 m long table
- A set of 10 magnetic separators.
The table includes a pneumatic vibration system made up of 15 vibrators.
The 100 L HYDRAULIC SLACKINING PLANT is designed to control relaxation cylinders, through cylinder actuation levers. The plant incorporates threaded connection fittings and high-pressure hoses for the connection between the plant and the cylinders.
The molds designed by Moldtech meet the objective of ensuring that the resulting precast elements are precise and uniform. In turn, the technology used in the manufacturing process not only contributes to precision, but also enables more efficient and economical production.
