The installation consists of a TILTING TABLE 114′ long and 13′ wide. The installation is a set including a tilting type table, designed and built to manufacture non-prestressed concrete panels.
This tilting mechanism consists of a set of telescopic hydraulic cylinders and its number and strength is in accordance to the size and load capacity of the table. The cylinders are activated by a hydraulic unit with electrical control panel.
The table is equipped with height-adjustable sides allowing you to form panels with a thickness between 1′ and 10″. The table is supplied with a pneumatic vibration system.
