Moldtech has added a new project and opened its doors to the Hungarian market with the supply of two tilting tables, designed to produce precast non-prestressed concrete panels with dimensions of up to 13.5 m in length, 4.5 m in height and thicknesses between 80 and 450 mm.
Each table includes an electric vibration system and a fixed frame anchored to the foundation. The tilting tabletop tilts up to 74º, and the production line is 13.5 m long by 4.5 m wide. It also has adjustable bands and a magnetic formwork system. The tilting process is carried out by hydraulic cylinders, and the table has 14 vibrators distributed throughout.
