Moldtech contributes to the construction of essential infrastructures in a supermine in Guinea where a state-of-the-art equipment supply has been carried out, including: two channel moulds, a fixed table and an MT20 mould.
The two channel moulds have dimensions of 900×900 mm and 1200×1200 mm and are designed for efficient drainage to prevent sediment accumulation and reduce erosion, essential aspects for sustainability.
The fixed table for the manufacture of precast concrete covers, providing comprehensive solutions for water channelling and control.
The MT20 mould, with the capacity to produce 2.7×2.7 metre semi-dry precast concrete frames, allows the structural elements to be manufactured directly on site, optimising costs and reducing logistical challenges.
This equipment will improve the mine’s operations, ensuring an effective drainage system and a more agile production of precast structures. With this delivery, Moldtech continues to support large-scale projects with functional solutions adapted to the needs.
