Moldtech concludes a new project where it supplies 650 Tn Set of stressing heads and an active and passive head matrix.
The prestressing heads are elements designed to offer a reaction force to the amount of pull resulting from the tension of the strands. This set of 650 Tn heads (active and passive) is designed without relaxation cylinders for use on an existing casting bed at the customer’s facilities, with the aim of increasing its production capacity.
The 650 Tn active and passive head mask is designed to be integrated into an existing prestressing bench, intended for the manufacture of prestressed concrete beams. This system is prepared to work with strands tensioning and relaxation equipment, supporting a maximum tensioning capacity of 650 Tn.
