Moldtech adds a new project in Kenya where a 435T prestressing system was supplied which is made up of active and passive stressing heads, a universal casting bed and a set of sides, and designed for the manufacture of prestressed concrete beams.
The equipment is designed to be able to work with cable tensioning and relaxation equipment with a maximum tensioning capacity of 435 T.
It also incorporates a 120 m long universal casting bed and beam sides with adjustable interior formwork to manufacture beams with a maximum section of 900×600 mm and 14.7 m in length.
The equipment is supplied with a central hydraulic unit and relaxation cylinders.
