Moldtech supplies a mould for the manufacture of precast concrete stairs, designed to produce straight stairs of up to 24 steps.
This equipment has been designed with versatility and quality of the final finish in mind, and has features that optimise both production and structural performance. The mould includes two landing side extensions, both upper and lower, which are completely removable. In addition, it is equipped with special brackets for fixing phenolic formwork, which facilitates cleaner and more precise work.
Another of the mould’s outstanding features is its pneumatic vibration system, incorporated to ensure correct compaction of the concrete and an excellent surface finish.
