Moldtech has developed a self-supporting prestressing bed with a maximum capacity of 800 tonnes, designed for manufacturing prestressed concrete beams with variable lengths and cross-sections. The equipment is prepared for the production of I-beams and TT slabs and consists of an active anchorage head, a passive anchorage head and a self-supporting structure.
The release system incorporates four 200-tonne hydraulic cylinders, enabling controlled detensioning and adaptation to different production configurations.
