Moldtech has designed and manufactured 24 modular tilting tables measuring 24 × 3.5 metres for producing non-prestressed concrete panels with adjustable thicknesses ranging from 100 to 300 mm. Each unit reaches a maximum tilting angle of 74° and incorporates hydraulic tilting, pneumatic vibration, a heating system for curing and magnetic fixing systems. The complete installation is designed for continuous, precise and high-volume industrial production.
