This new range of moulds offers different configurations, from fixed moulds to fully adjustable moulds.
The adjustable moulds section offers different adjustment possibilities, according to the customer’s needs:
-Number of steps.
-Dimensions / landing shape.
-Step length.
-Step height.
-Width of the ladder.
-Pneumatic or electric vibration.
The main advantage of these types of adjustable moulds is that different types of staircases can be made with the same mould, saving time and money, as well as being easy to use.
We have about four types of adjustable moulds:

VERTICAL MOULD ADJUSTABLE MODEL 2
VERTICAL MOULD ADJUSTABLE MODEL 3
The fixed mould section offers the customer two possibilities for the production of staircases, horizontal or vertical. In this type of mould, the dimensions of the staircase are already predefined. These moulds offer the possibility of slightly adapting the geometry by including shutters to reduce the number of steps, modify the length of the landing, etc. Their great advantage is the short operation time and the good finish on the top and bottom face of the staircase.
