This time Moldtech once again travelled to Mexico to install a tilting table of 60 meters long and 4 meters width for the production of precast panels. This table features a heating system that are finned pipes installed below it that help the concrete dry quickly. In addition, its lower and upper sides can be controlled hydraulically through a switchboard or remote control. Always with the aim of making the production process for our client as easy as possible.
In addition, we offer the option to include the newest vibration system that can speed up the process of curing the concrete. In this way a perfect panel finishing is obtained.
Last but not least, is obtaining of a fine and shiny finishing of the panel surface. Moldtech provides to the moulding surface of the tilting table an optimal polishing that gives a “mirror like” effect to the panel.
