Moldtech manufactures this type 1 precast concrete facade mould, model 3.35 × 3 m, combining a fixed structure, pneumatic vibration and hydraulic demoulding assistance for the production of architectural concrete elements.
The assembly incorporates the frame, base and central core, together with fixed side panels that define the component’s geometry. Four HFP 6000C pneumatic vibrators provide concrete compaction, while four double-acting hydraulic cylinders with a maximum stroke of 50 mm help release the component before it is lifted out. The hydraulic power unit is shared with the type 2 facade mould.
