Moldtech has already designed and made a tilting table in 2017 obtaining excellent results.

Opplandske Betong is a company located in Dokka. They produce ready-mix concrete, facade products, decoration and concrete elements. Due to his large experience, this Norwegian company offers the full development of the project from design to assembly and start up. They also commercialize complete support systems in concrete, steel and wood for the building needs in Norway.

Moldtech will supply a fixed table of 25 x 4,5 meters with a resistance of 750 kg/ m2 for the panels production till 30cm thick. One of the table principal characteristics is the pneumatic vibration system and the heating system formed with finned tubes under the table.

Moldtech has design, thanks to his 3D program, a table which contains some neoprene silent blocks to absorbing the vibrations, minimizing its transmission to the foundations of the factory. In addition, he has considering all the client specification, the frame is made with a structural tube of 400 x 200 x 100 that guarantees the maximum rigidity, while the lower structure has rolled steel profiles of HEB 140 mm.Moldtech as always, will finish the project sending a team of highly qualified technicians to assemble the equipment. They also perform test production to ensure the good functioning of the fixed table.
