This company was looking for a solution that would allow it to manufacture a large number of precast concrete panels with smooth finish on both sides and at the same time using a minimum of factory space.
For this purpose, and in accordance to their specifications Moldtech proposed a battery mould.
Currently the mold has the capacity to manufacture up to five panels at the same time , with the possibility of expanding five additional panels.
The mould is equipped with a set of hydraulic cylinders to guarantee adequate tightening during filling, all monitored from a panel with touch screen which controls of the pressure of the cylinders through the installed analog pressure switches. This control panel further allows the opening and closing of the panels using electric motors. Apart from the control panel Moldtech also delivered, a remote control for carrying out the same opening and closing movements of the vertical panels.
The supply was completed with a pouring bucket with a maximum capacity of 2 cubic meters for filling the panels. The opening and closing of the gates is equipped with a battery system which allows controlled pouring of concrete without the need to be connected to the electrical grid for its operation.
