Moldtech’s SELF-REACTING TT mould is designed to manufacture pre-stressed double ribbed slabs to be used in the construction of industrial and commercial buildings. The pre-stress force of up to 400 tons (882 kips) provides exceptional strength.
The mould has a so-called active stressing head with slackening cylinders which hydraulically distension the strands increasing thereby the safety of the workers and minimizing the possibility of damage to the casted element during the de-moulding process.
It also includes a vibration system for concrete compaction and a heating system to accelerate curing, increasing productivity.
