The “Giraffe” vehicle is one of the most versatile and efficient products that Moldtech has designed and created.

It has hydraulic frontal direction, a hopper capacity of 3 cubic meters, a displacement speed up to 20 km/h and an engine power of 70kW.

In addition, “Giraffe” has the cooling system of the hydraulic system by means of radiator and the machine has a parking brake system.

The length of the endless conveyor is 4 meters and it pushes the concrete to the pouring gate, which has a guillotine-type concrete pouring control system. It consists of an 8m3 inner bucket, so that it can be turned 90º and filled horizontally directly from the truck mixer.

Once filled, the equipment is raised so that it is at the height of the operator. The concrete pour gate is manually operated, providing greater control and precision in distribution process.

The concrete distributor can be mounted on portico structure, or semi-portico structure, when mounted on a bi-rail crane system, to spread the concrete along different moulds. Distributor speed is normally adjustable. The capacity of the hopper is from 2 m3 to 4 m3 according to the client’s need.

The hopper moves sideways to be able to do selective concreting. In addition, the option of turning the hopper can be included. The discharge gate is activated by hydraulic cylinders and all movements are activated by a remote control.
