Moldtech has supplied a crane-lifted turning device to a client in Austria, designed to safely and precisely flip precast concrete elements 180º by means of a motorized shaft and slings.
The equipment allows handling of elements up to 6 tons, streamlining the demoulding and manipulation process in the plant. Its adjustable-height structure adapts to different element sizes and working conditions.
The turning device includes a remote radio control, offering enhanced operator safety and ease of use.
With this new delivery, Moldtech continues to strengthen its presence in the Central European market, providing tailor-made solutions for the industrialization of precast construction.
