The 600-T TT mould, with a total length of 50 metres, has been developed by Moldtech for the production of variable-section prestressed concrete beams, providing a robust and precise solution for large-scale projects.
The system is composed of four modules which, once assembled, form a continuous production line with a useful length of 50 m. This modular configuration, designed by Moldtech, optimises both transportation and on-site assembly, offering flexibility and reliability to the installation.
The mould allows the production of beams with maximum dimensions of up to 50 m in length, a maximum slab width of 2,500 mm, and a maximum bottom width of 500 mm, adapting to different geometries and structural requirements.
Thanks to its technical design and Moldtech’s experience in precast solutions, the TT 600-T mould ensures accurate and stable manufacturing, fully aligned with the demands of plants specialised in large prestressed elements.
