Moldtech supplies two tilting tables to its long-established customer in Valladolid, Spain.
Our client is a leader in the design and innovation for the construction of premium class precast concrete houses for which reason is very demanding in relation to its equipment requirements.
- Two units of tilting tables of 14 meters length and of 4.4 meters width. In order to optimize efficiency both tables are controlled from the same hydraulic power station.
- Furthermore, the tables are equipped with pneumatic vibration and height-adjustable side shutters. Thus, allowing the manufacture of panels of different thickness in a fast and comfortable manner, saving on set-up times and thereby increasing productivity.
Moldtech’ tilting tables allow them to manufacture superior quality architectural panels thanks to the “mirror effect” polished surface finish.
