MOULDS FOR PRECAST CONCRETE ELEMENTS FOR CIVIL WORKS

Moldtech has successfully completed another project in Eastern part of Romania. Different moulds were installed for precast concrete elements for infrastructure works.

  • Universal casting bed, 100 meters long, 1,200 mm wide with a foundation pit prestressing system with a capacity of 1,000 tons. Includes active and passive anchorages with relaxing cylinders in the active anchorage. Design of the foundation pit. Tensioning and detensioning equipment.
  • “I”- shaped side moulds, H=0.40 m, length – 20 meters. Pneumatic vibration system.
  • “L”- shaped side moulds, H=0.80 m, length – 6 meters. Pneumatic vibration system.
  • “T”- shaped side moulds, adjustable height from 0.42 m to 0.52 meters, length – 25 meters. Pneumatic vibration system.
  • “I”- shaped side moulds, H=1.10 m, length – 30 meters. Pneumatic vibration system.
  • Modular mould for wet cast casting of culverts of different sections.
  • Mould for separation walls with a minimum height of 2 meters and a maximum height of 3.2 meters.

The supplied equipment gives the client the possibility of manufacturing prestressed girders of different geometries and other precast concrete elements necessary for road infrastructure works.
