Moldtech delivered to Argentina TWO TILTING TABLES designed to produce precast, non-prestressed concrete panels used in residential, commercial and industrial constructions.
Each TILTING TABLE is made up of 2 modules with a length of 11.8 m. The union of the modules configures a production line of 23.6 m long and 3.5 m wide and with a variable thickness between 50 and 250 mm. The tables feature a pneumatic vibration system.
The modules are made up of a fixed frame, with support legs fixed to the foundation, and a tilting board that allows a maximum inclination of 74º. The table features lower band that is mechanically adjustable in height, allowing for the manufacturing of panels with a thickness between 50 and 250 mm.
The tilting mechanism of the tables is carried out by means of hydraulic cylinders, activated by a hydraulic central unit and a main control cabinet.
The molds manufactured by Moldtech are designed to ensure that the produced panels are precise and uniform. Furthermore, the technology used in the manufacturing process not only contributes to precision, but also enables more efficient and economical production.
