Moldtech is supplying a German manufacturer with specialized equipment for producing prestressed concrete beams with variable cross-sections. This modular system comprises four components that assemble into a 52.5-meter production line with an impressive 600-ton capacity, accommodating rib heights from 300 mm to 1000 mm and beam widths from 3.5 m to 3.8 m.
The mould incorporates advanced features including hydraulic bottoms with adjustable height for rapid section changes, an electric vibration system for optimal concrete compaction, and integrated heating capabilities to accelerate curing cycles. The system seamlessly integrates with cable tensioning and relaxation equipment supporting the full 600-ton capacity, enabling efficient, high-quality production of prestressed concrete elements for industrial buildings and infrastructure projects. This 2024 project reinforces Moldtech’s strong presence in the European market and demonstrates the company’s capability to develop customized, large-scale solutions that meet the rigorous demands of modern precast concrete manufacturing.
