Moldtech is supplying a 600 Tones TT mould to a company in Germany, specifically designed for the manufacture of prestressed concrete beams of variable section.
The equipment is made up of four modules which, assembled together, make up a 52.5 metre long production line.
Its main technical characteristics are:
- Maximum rib height: 1000 mm
- Minimum rib height: 300 mm
- Maximum beam width: 3.8 m
- Minimum width of beam: 3.5 m
The mould incorporates hydraulic bottoms with configurable height, allowing a quick adjustment in the change of section of the parts to be manufactured. It is also equipped with an electric vibration system and heating system, thus guaranteeing a more efficient and high quality production.
This equipment has been designed to work with cable tensioning and relaxation equipment, supporting a maximum tensioning capacity of 600 tons.
With this project, Moldtech reinforces its presence in the European market and its capacity to develop tailor-made solutions in the precast concrete sector.
